Monday is for craft: Leaf People

While autumn is slowly coming to a close, you can still find quite a few leaves for crafting – or you can use the ones you pressed earlier ;). Here’s a simple and fun activity involving those 5 leaves left. Simply collect leaves. Glue a leaf to a piece of paper or cardboard and then get out the pens, googly eyes and other things to add arms, legs, eyes, hair, and more depending on your child’s age. The leaf can be the body or the face, or you could have two leaves one for the body and one for the face. If you have different leaves, the leaf people will become even more fun. Frame your best people, or compile them in a picture. Done, looks great, everyone will be pleased.
