Garden Life in the City

This weekend Glasgow is all looking towards the Merchant City. And would you believe it, even in the middle of the city, nay, the very heart of the old city, namely High Street and the Provand’s Lordship, there is even an outlet for some outdoor and nature fun to be had.

Garden Life offers an opportunity for the whole family to look at the herb garden and find out all about how plants and herbs can keep people healthy. Then, you can help create a giant body map, matching herbs to the organs they help.

The drop in session is from 1-3pm in the Provand’s Lordship and you can phone 276 1625 to book (I’m not sure if booking is required, so a phone call may be useful).

The event runs from 26th to 28th July. If you know of any nature events in the Central Belt that take place on Saturday or Sunday, please share them in the comments section.
